Our History
The practice was formed on 1st July 2005 following the merger of Kayman Chartered Accountants and James Kirby & Associates.

Kayman Chartered Accountants was established by Kent Kay in 1979 and James Kirby established the practice of James Kirby & Associates in 1995 after a successful career in industry. Greg Avdoulos joined Kayman Chartered Accountants in 1997 after commencing his career in 1986 and was admitted as a partner in 2003.

Whilst both firms developed into successful client focused practices, it was decided that a merger would combine the skills and knowledge of the partners and professional staff and provide a better level of service to existing clients and offer new clients a highly professional service.

Barry Scott joined the firm in July 2008 having over 13 years professional practice experience in New Zealand, Australia and the UK. He was admitted as a partner in 2010.
