Are myGov and myGovID the same thing? 

No. myGov is a platform personal registrations such as Medicare and Centrelink whereas myGovID is for tax professionals to access ATO online services. myGovID will replace the AusKey from 31st March 2020.

How long do I have to notify ASIC of changes to directors and shareholders in a company? 

You have 28 days to notify ASIC of any changes to shareholdings, director changes, new addresses for business or directors. Emailing our office as soon as possible to provide us with the details will ensure we can prepare and lodge the necessary forms, as well as update the ATO, ABR and our database.
